What is SpeltaVita?

To make the transportation and consumption of the original spelt wheatgrass juice easier, we freeze-dried it.
During the freeze-drying process, the green juice was turned into powder, while successfully preserving all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and chlorophyll found in the juice.

Spelt wheatgrass juice is a mildly sweet drink made by cold, slow pressing of young spelt wheat sprouts and leaves, followed by rapid freezing.
The final form of the product is created through freeze-drying. In this process, the deeply frozen raw material is placed in a freeze-drying chamber, where drying takes place in an absolute vacuum at temperatures between -40 and -50 °C. Water leaves the raw material through sublimation, which allows many fundamental sensory properties of the food to be preserved over the long term.
