Our production is based on spelt wheat and barley grown in hotbeds. However, everything starts with high-quality, uncontaminated soil and pure, naturally sourced seeds, which come from our own certified production or from certified growers.

The seeds germinate, and when the green shoots reach a height of ten centimeters, we "cut" them and extract the juice by cold pressing. This way, we separate the cellulose fibers from the juice without damaging its quality.

This is followed by rapid freezing. Freeze-drying (lyophilization) is one of the most sophisticated dehydration methods. Originally developed for drying sensitive pharmaceutical products, it has only recently been applied in the food industry when it is necessary to preserve all nutrients in the dried product. This process does not involve additives, preservatives, or anti-caking agents. Thanks to this method, our product can now be consumed in powder form or encapsulated, fully preserving all its beneficial components, with a longer shelf life and easier transportability.
